Transform Your Relationships with Attachment Theory Guidance

Amanda Nomicos - Attachment therapist

hi There

I'm Amanda

Why attachment theory? Because I’ve lived it. After a string of painful relationships and being married and divorced before 30, I realized I was stuck in the same cycle—falling for avoidant partners who couldn’t meet my needs. That’s when I decided to get serious about healing. I read every book I could find, invested in trainings, worked with (multiple!) therapists, and pushed myself to get uncomfortable and grow. The result? I met the love of my life and built a secure, healthy relationship (almost marriage!). I know firsthand how powerful this work can be, and I want others to experience the same—relationships that feel safe, fulfilling, and deeply connected. I aim to bring my personal and professional experience together, to help you.
